9.2 Upon account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding liabilities, forfeited bonus balances, or pending investigations.

9.3 You may close your s188wins account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for account closure will be processed within 3 business days. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations you have accrued under these Terms prior to closure.
